Merge MKV

I have a two disc 4K BluRay that I ripped using passthrough video and audio. I want to merge them to a single MKV using passthrough. Merge in DvdFad doesn't seem to have a passthrough option, can it be done?

You might want to try mkvtoolnix. It's a free program that is robust with features for working with mkv files (including merging mkv files).
