Keep hi-res AND core audio

Hi, I'd like to keep the full audio track (DTS-HD) and I also want to keep the core audio. I use the core when playing from my NAS to Plex over ARC, but want to preserve the hi res in the event I get something like the Shield that can actually pass the MA track.

So here's my question: If I check BOTH boxes for the master and the core will I get BOTH audio tracks that I can choose from when playing the movie? Or is it just going to give me the core?

When both options are checked you will get both audio tracks in the output file.
