How to disable Windows Autostart?

DVDFab and StreamFab are adding autostart processes without any purpose (I disabled disk autostart, so there is not benefit of having those):



I mean what are those "StreamUpdate.exe" and "LiveUpdate.exe" applications doing?!

Those are the auto-update .exe files. Not auto-start.
