Call Me an idiot --- trouble logging in to member center

Lost count how many times I fail the capcha challenge trying to log in to member center. Am I right or is the challenge wrong?
I inputted code 8561 on the screenshot attached, and it said I was wrong. The problem is, it always takes me multiple attempts to log in! Please fix the capcha system, or remove it completely.
