GUI Where is the Advanced Settings screen in v13?

I just changed from v12 to v13 and I can't find the Advanced Setting screen anywhere. The screen where you can change the bitrate, audio passthrough, etc. After I choose a profile all I see are Fast Speed, Standard, High Quality or Custom. I thought Custom would take me to Advanced Settings but it does nothing. Where do I find the Advanced Settings screen like in the photo attached from v12?

Anybody? How do you manually adjust the bitrate in v13???

Where did you go to get to that screen? I have none of those options on mine. Here's a picture of what I have.

OK I see the Copy module and Ripper module both still open using Fab and still have all those options. The Converter module opens in Unifab now and does not show any of those options. Where is the Advanced Settings screen for the Converter module now using Unifab?
