problems with copyed disked

I'm having problems with my copied disks all of sudden. theres like rings on it if i hold it up to the light. is this normal what can i do to fix this. with some of the copies skip and freeze all the time.

the disks are sony dvd+r accucore ver. 1.3/1x-16x

i burn them on 8x

What speed are you burning at?

What are you playing them on? ps3 DVD player?

Yup, post a burn log. It should give us most of the info we need to get started and hopefully resolve this.

The default location is:
C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
