purchasing dvdfab7

hello all, new member here, im using the 30 day trial version of dvfab7 and considering buying it but just wondered if some nice person could answer a couple of questions, when you purchase dvdfab7 lifetime licence does that mean you dont have to pay a renewal fee every year to keep it active ? also when dvdfab gets updated say from version 7 to version 8 or higher does the lifetime license cover these as well or have you to stick with version 7 ? also when you click on the buy it now button you get directed to the avangate website for payment, is this the correct way of doing it, dont fancy getting ripped off by bogus sites. sorry about all the questions. thanks in advance. flashgordon.
