Registration

I have purchased DVDFab years ago and all was well. Recently I changed my email address and forgot to let DVDFab know. My computer got a virus and I had to wipe it out. When I went to reload DVDFab again I realized I have a New email address and went to change it & it would not let me so I paid the money for a new download and it gave me a trial version and I still can't get my registration through to keep going on with DVDFab.
