Unsupported disc error on dvd player

I recently purchased the latest version of DVDFab and I began backing up my dvd collection, but when I tried to play the discs on my dvd player, they it says unsupported, and it does this with every disc copied using DVDFab, and I backed up several using a trial version of another dvd backup software recently, using the same case of blank discs, and they all play with no problems whatsoever, so it's not an issue of disc format, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I have checked to make sure the dvds have successfully copied using my computer and they have, but neither one of my dvd players will play them, and my main player supports all disc types anyway. All I know is that this is incredibly frustrating, and if someone could please give me some insight into what I may be doing wrong, it would be greatly appreciated because I've went through the forum and can't seem to find a thread with a similar issue. Thanks!!
