The parsing item we've seen before (I'll locate and link the thread if you're interested) and there are some ideas floating around about it but it shouldn't be there.
If we roll up our sleeves and are willing to get a bit sweaty, we can probably figure it out or at least fix it, but the fix may not come easily.

I would strongly recommend downloading and installing Img as suggested.
It's free (you can donate if you wish, but not required), very reliable, very configurable and overall does not have the problems that we see with many users and VSO.

Personally, I use Img almost exclusively
Troy512's video is quick, easy and an outstanding tutorial.

And I know you've been using this media... Media ID: CMC MAG-M01-00
... with decent results, but it's mediocre stuff...no offense intended.
Go with Verbatim...available at the usual brick & motar stores and online or Taiyo Yuden...available only online for most of the planet.

I see a few problems
1. 2009-10-07 00:52:02 Info Current Drive selected : 0:0:0 - Slimtype DVD A DS8A1P CH63 [E] (Ide)
these slimtype drives are not very good at all. when using a laptop most experienced users suggest using a usb type drive. lappys just get to hot.
2. cheap low quality blank media. get Verbatim brand. you should be able to find some at best buy or office max if you have them locally or online.
3. Write speed. always set the write speed to half of what your blank media is rated for. example: if its rated at 16x set the write speed for 8x.
you can d/l ImgBurn and follow Troy512's instructions to set it up to work with Fab. it has better results with cheaper media and might work for you. it's free and imo the best burn proggy around.

I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be difficult, but what exactly do you mean by burn log, I'm fairly new to all of this and I'm not sure that I know what that is?

You're very welcome, but we still need additional info...
the burn logs in particular, as I suspect something simple like a failure to finalize the disc (meaning close the session).

The default location is:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log

The Help Us Help You is worth the read and really does do what it says.

Maineman, Thanks for your response. But, yes, the discs play fine on my pc, it's just an issue when I attempt to play any of them on my dvd player connected to my television.

I am using Windows Vista with an optical drive, I haven't made any recent changes to my operating sytem, and I have an on-the-fly decrypter inactive trial version still installed on my computer, as well as AVS4You. And this error occurs with every disc copied using DVDFab.
