    How to access a bluray disc that the data can't be shown on Computer

    Hi. I'm having an issue with a bluray of a live music show that I recently purchased. It seems the manufacturer did something to the encoding so that only stand alone bluray players can only play the disc (which I had to test with a friend that still have a standalone bluray player) . I tried it in my computer and the disc data can't even be found (not even with DVDFab except in clone mode only) so I can't even play it with VLC or PowerDVD. The seller (one of the musicians) did told me that the disc won't play in gaming machines. However, since I don't have a standalone bluray player anymore, I was wondering if the's something that could be done in order recover the data on the disc and reconvert it into an workable (and playable) ISO file ?

    Please post your logs the default location is:
    For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
    For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
    Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
    If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

      "Show the hidden files in Windows" is always on. So it's not that.

        what region is the disc ??
        is the disc a store bought disc or was it bought from someone else ??

          Normally, It should be region A (Made in the US). It's a burned disc bought online of a live show. I can provide links if needed.

            if it's a burned disc, then it should be region free (disc should play in any bluray player)
            have you tried copying the disc to your computer and try playing through VLC ??

                Hi there, I'm curious, is this a Blu-ray Audio disc or a Blu-ray live video with music? Make sure there isn't any scratches or marks on the disc. It is very possible that the disc is a coaster.

                  Hi. The disc is brand new, so, no scratches. It's a bluray video of a live show. There are elements (audio and photos) but accessible in video mode.

                    So, just to be clear...Windows doesn't react when the disk is put in the drive?

                      I'm just wondering when the disk was mastered if the software used had the ability to put the lead-in to the filesystem in a non-standard block assignment.

                      Try Nero, Platinum version...in order to get all disk utility tools
