I have downloaded and installed v.7.0.3.0. yesterday. It works great on my PC with Windows XP service pack 3 but I have no video when I select a chapter in the "Customize" mode. I am sure somebody has some ideas of what am I doing wrong?

Is it just Customize mode that fails or Main Movie also?
Perhaps your preview settings changed or weren't retained since the update.
Any new video decoding/encoding software installed?
Will the preview play in Customize if forced?
Please check your settings.
Are both Playback functions ticked on?
Decoder > Direct Show
Direct Show Filter > DVDFab Video Decoder and DVDFab Audio DecoderIf it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Thank you maineman for welcoming me and for the information of what I can do to solve the problem. I had the same settings as you wrote in the reply. I tried it in both, Customize and Main Movie modes. What I tried today was to switch from the DVDFab Video Decoder to the Direct Shaw Decoder and it worked great. To be honest, I never had it so easy for backing up DVD-s. It is a great product.
