Hello, I'm trying to convert some UHD 4k BluRays to play on my Plex server. I've tried a few with different results, Some play fine but the subtitles don't always work (I've had issues with subs not working as I thought for a while).
Sometimes I get a message on Plex on my TV app saying DoVi not suitable, but it plays fine on my nVidia Shield TV Pro. I don't mind too much if Dolby Vision is used but Id like to keep the audio as Dolby Atmos if possible and the Eng subs. The subs wtill are not always correct, I try srt subs remuxed into the file, but remuxing srt subs are always extracted rather than being remuxed into the file. If i do vobsub they are remuxed. But I don't know which are better, vobsub or srt?
Any help trying to find the best settings for 4k Plex playback would be gratefully received.
