Any Reason For Me To Keep Fab 12 If I Have Fab 13?

Hi all.
I upgraded to Fab 13 over a year ago. I never uninstalled Fab 12. Is there any reason for me to keep Fab 12? Does it do one little thing (or BIG thing) that Fab 13 won't do?
If no reason, I will uninstall Fab 12.

I use dvdfab 12 for converting wav files to mp3 in the converter module
v13 can do it by taking you to unifab which is an extra step in the process
