I can’t log in to my account. I have a lifetime account that I paid for, and I can’t access it anymore. When I try to recover my password, it says the email is not registered. Could someone tell me why this is happening?

Here's the same problem. Can't activate Lifetime DVDFab License anymore. Online Account says, Account doesn't exist.
