dvd fab 7

i downloaded dvd fab 7 and every since then i have not been able to copy princess and the frog, Sherlock Holmes , gentlemen broncos, or the promotion. and that is even using the dvd fab 6 as well and that still did not work every-time i put in a blank dvd to burn it pops back out and says insert media. could there be something wrong to make this not work? i just paid for my 2 year renew and haven't been able to use it to burn a DVD since is there any advice?

Check that you have DVD5 selected in the pulldown at the bottom of the fab window and also make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest beta version.
