Converting mpeg to mp4

I'm new to using this software and have a third party software question. Anyone know if I can use this software to convert my flip video mpeg to an mp4 format? if so, how? I thought since I already have this software, maybe I could use it rather than search for other options, although I am open to that if necessary. BIG THANKS!!!!

background: For some reason if I import Flip videos from my daughters flip channel they come in as mpeg, but I cannot upload them to my FlipShare site because it is only supports mp4 format. Can't figure out why it isn't already built into their program. Go figure?!?!

You would need to have purchased the "File to Mobile" option and also the file format produced would need to be supported.

I just had a quick look at the Flip website and could not find any specs.

Download MediaInfo and use it to get the details of the files you wish to convert and post those details here.
