Blu-ray to Blu-ray > MediaCenter 7 movies??

I've been having fun for a few years using DVDFab and getting all my dvds into mediacenter.
It appears the Blu-ray to Blu-ray(to directory) conversion is a bit more of a complicated directory structure.

Question(s):

1. Does anyone have instructions on getting Blu-ray(to directory) movies to function in MediaCenter 7? Can you do it without 3rd party software?

2. If #1 is possible, what file(s) are needed and in what structure?

not sure if this will work but try converting to iso format but install this plugin located in link below that works great for DVD iso but like I mentioned not sure if work with Bluray iso
