How come HD Decrypter doesn't work?

I've been using DVDFab for 30 days now and my blu-ray option has expired. When I tried to copy a bluray disc this morning a message box popped up saying that I would need to buy or renew the blu-ray to blu-ray option.

How come HD Decrypter doesn't work?
