Why am I having problems with my licence

It's happening again, DVDfab is telling me "The DVD toDVD option has elapsed," I have a Lifetime Licence. This same problem has happened before. It's very anoying.
Just because you can run power out to it,
Doesn't necessarily mean it'll work.
