Other 7.0.5.3 beta

I can not down load the new beta 7.0.5.3 . It tells me. windows can not access the specified device,path or file you may not have the apporprite permission to access them. Plus Norton's say it has a threat found. I went down to the 7.0.3.5 and it loaded find like all the others I have done. I have had no other problems like this before and have had DVD FAB all the way back to DVD FAB 4. I have HP computer with windows 7
