    Avatar file to mkv

I am trying to convert AVATAR from m2ts to MKV I have done it once with MP3 audio but everytime I try to do it with DTS it crashes.

I am using the 7051 beta.

    Thanks

First of all, as of this moment, latest beta is 7.05.3 - update yours.
Second, if I understand you correctly, you already have video compressed and packaged into MKV with audio stream that you don't like. If my take of your problem correct, I wouldn't suggest to go through long process of compression again, only for sake of replacement of audio stream - it's a least efficient way. There are better way to do it:
    (1) Extract desired audio stream using Blu-ray to Mobile mode, Audio option
    (2) Google, download and install little free program MKVmerge. Open your existing MKV with video and other audio, and mux extracted DTS into that container. Dont forget to set default flag on this track if you want it to be played when movie starts

The m2ts file will not load using Bluray to mkv or audio It will only load using file to mobile.

Why in a world you taking stream file, naked out of container, loosing all BR attributes and trying to make something out of it? Where is your m2ts? all by itself? what happened to container?

Got it. The only other thing is the last ten minutes went out of sync.
I have tested the rip and the last bit is blocky.
I suppose the only fix would be another rip?

            Yes.
Interruption in video stream (dropped frames, etc.) cause runaway audio. Theoretically, you can fix it, but it would take much more time than just another rip. Besides, even if you remux audio in defected parts, you will still have bad video...

You have to set "default flag" for certain track if you have more than one. Say, if you have 3-4 audio tracks, one has to be default. Default track will be playing by default when you start playing the movie. In DVDFab, after you make a selection of tracks with check marks, by clicking on a left from that check mark you will see a very little blue triangle. This triangle indicates "default flag". However, if you have only one audio track, don't worry about it - program will assign flag by default. In MKVmerge default flag set in "general track option option" tab
