Bluray to mobile (.mkv remux) cropping issues..

I just started using DVDfab for ripping Bluray. When I chose to go from Bluray to .MKV (remux) I chose to auto crop and it shows in the picture the black bars getting deleted. When I get the finished file the black bars are still there.

Any help would be appreciated.

Since the idea of remux is pretty much passthrough (just a container change), autocrop might not be a good idea. Please try to use custom crop (manually), it might work.

[Complication]

Remux option cannot crop because the video stream is not modified. Your crop selections are ignored. Any of the other profiles will work.
