burn files to disk

I have a movie file saved on my cpu and I'm trying to figure out how to burn it to a dvd. Does anyone know how to do this?

What are you trying to burn it with?

What did you use to rip it to your compter?

Do you have DVDFAB on your computer?

I have the new version of dvd fab. I used U torrent to rip it to my download folder. I'm trying to put the file on my dvd fab so I can burn it to a disk.

Firstly, discussion on downloaded files is not allowed on this forum.

Secondly, DVD Fab will not create a DVD structure on a blank disk from other files. You will need to search the internet for a DVD Authoring program or just use normal burning software to copy it to a blank disk.
