I'm a stupid idiot, please help me

I bought the DVD to mobile option today and like a moron I wasn't paying attention and used the reg key in bluray to mobile. I don't have blurays, I have DVD and now I don't know how to disable bluray and enable dvd to mobile.

    Please help

    thanks

LOL what? no where in the purchase does it state you need dvd to dvd to have dvd to mobile work, if that was the case I would have never made the purchase.

This comes up right above the "Continue" button on the DVDFab.net order page as soon as you click DVD to Mobile by itself:

      NOTE:
DVDFab "DVD to Mobile" works with DVDFab "DVD to DVD" together. That is, you MUST have a valid DVDFab "DVD to DVD" license, which is applied to the same e-mail address. Please get the two products together. Otherwise, you can always retrieve the keys here,to make sure if you already have a valid license.

        Yes it does.

This is straight from the purchase screen:-

Are you saying that you purchased BD to Mobile instead of DVD to Mobile? A DVD to Mobile key will not enable BD to Mobile no mater what you do.

Apparently, you're still not paying attention.

As Gregiboy suggested, we'll be glad to try and help you, but first post a definitive problem.

                OK

I bought DVD to mobile, the trial expired. I didn't use DVD to DVD option at all during the trial.

                I paid

I copied and pasted the serial number, but I didn't notice that the tab was on bluray to mobile, instead of dvd to mobile.

When I check the reg it says

                Blutrayto mobile: enabled
DVD to mobile: Not enabled but it has an expiration of next year.

I think its kind of deceiving to have me purchase the dvd to mobile option only to tell me I need the dvd to dvd as well. While using the trial I never used dvd to dvd so I didn't know you needed it.

                Thanks

When I was purchasing, I didn't see that. Do you have a screen capture? I'm not being a jerk, I'm a responsible consumer and I saw drop down boxes for each product. If it was REQUIRED, why wasn't it just put into the same drop down box? Why allow someone to buy something that won't work unless you buy something else.

It would have been good to see ONE drop down box that has DVD to DVD and DVD to Mobile as one product, as the mobile is useless without it. This isn't a unreasonable request, and since I'm not the only one whose complained about it, I'm going to guess that it is indeed a little confusing.

                    thanks.

now how can I get Bluray to DVD disabled, and enable my DVD to mobile.

                    thanks again

And the same note comes up when you go to enter your registration key.

OK seems like I'm just rubbing you the wrong way. I'll not ask any more questions. I reinstalled and now its usable but the ipad option is no longer there.

Again I'm not being a jerk here, I think its completely reasonable to expect the drop down for a product to include the component that makes it function. Selling it by itself seems kind of silly to me, seeing as its useless without the other components.

Hope you don't think I'm being a smart ass.

It is structured that way as quite a lot of people add on the Mobile options later.

                            OK,

why has the ipad option disappeared upon reinstall. It was there before.

What version did you install? I just checked 7.0.6.0 and it is there from the "more" button in DVD to Mobile.

                              ???
