You are wrong IPopov50. It does work on a macbook, just not on preinstalled Mac OSX without any modification.
Parallels or VMWare or Bootcamp is lungs414's choice.
Blaz, I don't want to argue here, but there is no MAC version of DVDFab - it designed for Windows OS. However, you can "dance with tambourine" and make it somewhat work in parallel environment.... and it's not recommended by developers.
So, the answer is still NO.

I have a macbook pro unibody with windows 7 on the other side of bootcamp dvd fab works beautifully, also have a ipad with 3g and there is no problems converting my movies to work on the ipad either!
