I have recently downloaded dvdfab7 trial so as to see whether worth purchasing. Have copied dvd to dvd alls good. However have tried to copy dvd to generic (avi file) to play on computer. Have done a couple of trials and everytime I get picture but no sound. Am new to this software and unsure as to whether I have to adjust anything. I have been leaving settings as per factory. Been trying to playback through both nero 8 and wmp. Has anyone else had the same trouble, or can anyone help with this issue.

Please post your logs the default location is:
For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
For Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
For XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
