hi fab user's....,
first a 'thank you' to IPopov50 for my post 6-5. you filled in the blanks.
comment of issue:
like achieve audio success cyberlink powerdvd 7.3 for blu-ray.I observe most blu-rays output 'DTS' audio. I can play retail blu-ray's via 'powerdvd7.3. Also the audio identified and produced by both 'powerdvd' and out thru the
digial audio receiver is 'dts audio.' that being the case, why after, ripping and
authoring the blu-ray, powerdvd doesn't have audio? It would seem dvdfab
is missing something when authoring.
basically:
1. I use the 'main movie' feature.
2. disable 'hd' audio.
3. disable 'subpicture' tracks.
3.multiple tracks same language, select 'dts.' If not met, choose 'all.'
these settings produce no audio.
Any suggestions???
lastly, if someone could also comment on the 3 images settings.
1.? why is no 'supported video codes' identified' by dvdfab?
2.? why is 'core avc' not detected by dvdfab?
3.? why is direct show encoder 'bullited' vs 'internal'?
4.? why not assign the 'cyber codec's?'
PS. IPopov50 already recommended that media center.....plyr. works OK, has a peculiuar 'but consistent' audio blanking. a few words usually anywhere from evey 30 seconds or not for a few minutes. 2 consistencies:
1. only on 'disney blu-ray's ie up, ponyo, pirates carribbean,
2.It does occur during escalating audio action.
