Install Error

Hi, I had to reinstall DVDFab 7.0.7.0, I installed as administrator and kept getting this error... DVDFab.exe (0xc0000022)


I was able to install an older version of Fab with no problems. I have a up to date paid account. Thanks Papajo

Papajo, this is typically a permissions issue but is very likely a registry snafu. Here is what I would try if it happened to me:
1. Uninstall v7 using the uninstaller.
2. Download and install CCleaner it’s free and a good registry cleaner (Google it) and run it on the registry. Remove all references to DVDFab , may take two or three times.
3. Reboot the computer
4. Download a fresh installer from the site, install and try it again.

That was the first things I did with no success, I believe the problem is an Internet Explorer error, I downloaded Firefox and DVDFab 7.0.7.0 installed perfectly. IE has been crashing lately, maybe thats why!
