License: One PC at a Time or Same PC Forever?

    Good Morning,

I'm planning on purchasing the lifetime membership but I have a big concern. The single user license states:

A Single-User License permits the purchaser to install the software on a single computer for use by a single user.
Does this mean the license be used on one PC at a time? Or is it like a TiVo lifetime license where it is tied to the hardware?

If it's the latter, I'll definitely reconsider the lifetime license.

    Thanks,
    Jeff

    Hi Jeff,

"Does this mean the license be used on one PC at a time?"

    Yes, this is correct.
You have to own the pcs on which you'll install Fab; more than one pc is ok
You must agree not to use more than one pc at a time...
you risk the regkey being blacklisted with simultaneous logons.

    Hope this helps

Excellent. One lifetime license of Blu-ray-to-Blu-ray heading your way!

Hahaha, well not my way, we mods are just volunteers, but the F-man in Beijing will be pleased.

        However, I wouldn't turn down a tip...

        BTW, I should have clarified...

Using more than 1 pc simultaneously is, of course, ok.
Using Fab simultaneously on multiple pcs is not.
Using multiple instances of Fab simultaneously on the same pc is ok
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
