upgrades???

Hi....
wonderin' why the upgrades to a 'current' and licensed program never
extend to my expiration of 3-8-11.
A
1. current is 7.03
2 attempted .6.....7.....8
B.
1. I understood it was supposed to 'detect my .3 ver' serial # upon opening
the new ver.
2. If someone can set me straight how to have the 'new ver, showing my 3- 11 expiration.
3. I tried inserting my 'serial #' in the reg box (see image)
4. tried the 'key image.' (see image)

sugggestions please.......

Read the link I posted already and do exactly what it says as it will fix your registration issue
