    Will Blu-Ray Ripper Convert to...

    Will Blu-Ray Ripper convert a Blu-Ray movie file to a format I can watch on a normal DVD player with a DVD-5 or DVD-9?

    Or will I have to convert it to a file that I will have to only watch on my computer or portable device?

    No. There's no program I know, that will.

    Yes. Also you can watch file on your TV or your home theater using mediaplayer (i.e. WDTV, Popcorn Hour, Argosy, etc.)
