    Blank Media single disc burning

when i go to burn a movie that is under 120 min long how come the program tells me it requires a dual layer disc.it should only require a single layer. how do i fix this

The running time of the movie doesn't matter, well technically not anyways. The size of the movie is what matters. If its bigger than 4.35 gb it won't fit on a single layer disc. Are you using DVDFab HD Decrypter or are you using the paid version?

i'm using the paid version. so what your saying is if the movie is a large size i will have to use a dual disc regardless of length of the movie

        No.....

With the paid version, you can choose DVD5 as your output and Fab will compress to that size.

This is what your settings should look like for single layer disc... see attachment.
