In the lower right corner of the post you want to quote there is, strangly enough, a button that says "Quote"
How to post the internal log

and to multi-quote you click the paper icon next to the one that says quote that has the + symbol for every post you want to quote and then on last post you just select quote and start the post

Or you can do it "old fart" way - copy and paste, and add
        (QUOTE)
        in front and
        (/QUOTE)
at the end of quoted text. Just replace ( ) with [ ]

And you will have something likw this:
        Bla bla bla
        sigpic

Please post your logs the default location is:

        For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
        For Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
        For XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.

Or better yet you can just copy the text you want like IPopov50 mentioned and then highlight it and click what my attachment points to so you can add the quotes
