First BR Clone Try - Partially Successful

I tried my first backup copy with DVDFab 8 and Image Burn. I used a Buffalo external burner which I picked up on E-bay for $100 along with 8 Verbatim 50GB disks.

Anyway the clone burn seemed successful (on a 25GB Verbatim re) as it played back on the Buffalo. However, it would not play on an Optron player on my laptop and it also wouldn't read on a Panasonic BD-55.

Any ideas?

Rewritables tend to be more problematic when video archiving.
Having said that, personally, I've never burned a BD-RE disc.

All I can suggest for starters is to post your burn logs

The default location is:
C:\Users (For XP Documents and Settings)\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
