Hello, bought the Blu Ray download and a copy of the BR disk and the disk is just the same exact copy of what we can download as a trial version, their is no key nowhere to be found in the event that my PC crashes that is why bought the disk but as previously stated no key to enter thus to me it is a use less CD and lost $15.00 for nothing, has any one experience this???? how do I solve it?

Why not burn your key that you received in the email to a CD and store it with the disk? Your key is personalized and the program disks are mass produced I'm sure.

Go to this link http://www.dvdfab.com/member.htm and register using the email address that you purchased DVDFab with. Then when ever you need your key all you have to do is go to the DVDFab website and sign in to the members area to download your key
