Most of the DVDs I try to copy now I get a message state that it has failed to create some sort of directory after I push the start button. A couple that I actually get the copy process started I get a failed message that includes error 400. The program is on my desktop and works fine. I've even tried to uninstall it from my laptop and reinstall it, but without any success. Can anyone help?

Sounds like an invalid file path...or perhaps restricted, insufficient space, etc.
Please check this, Common Settings > General > Temporary directoryIf it ain't broke, don't fix it!
