Need Help to Renew Key.

Can someone please help with steps to renew key?
I go to dvdfabs website click on renew and it takes me to the usercenter. I click on register and it gives a message to check my email for the next step bu I never get anything.

Did you save your first email, the one you got when you first bougt it?

If so , go there and click on the attment.

check your email spam folder as they sometimes end up in that
