    Other SLOWWWW BD Ripping

Background, I rip my Blu Ray disks to iPod 1080p mp4's.

Normally when I rip my BD I notice the encoding operates at about 30-40 FPS but about 1 in 3 BD disks (All pirates of caribbean movies, I Robot, etc.) the encoding is dreadfully slowwwww encoding at < 1 FPS. Any ideas on why this is happening? My video card is ATI Radeon HD 5650 with 1 gb video ram, processor is Intel i5 580.

It could be a DMA issue, or something with the compression maybe? Try resetting DMA in DVDFabs settings and try again, hopefully it's just that.
