StreamFab 6.1.7.5のAmazonプライムで字幕が出ません

字幕が選択できる映画は全て選択しても字幕が出ません。

となっており、字幕が抽出できるREMUX処理もエラーになっているのではないかと思います。

アプリを完全に削除し、再インストールしてみましたが改善せず、完全にお手上げ状態です。

何か解決のヒントはありませんでしょうか？

アプリをアンインストールし、6.1.7.7を再インストールしたところ、問題が解決しました 。
アップデートではなく、再インストールしたのが良かったのかもしれません。

今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。

ソフトウェアを更新しても字幕はダウンロードできませんでしたが、
ソフトウェアを構成情報も含めて完全に削除した上で再インストールすると、字幕も
ダウンロードできるようになりました。（バージョンは6177です）
