Problem with Passkey 8.0.3.7

Dear Sir,

I have instaled the evaluation Passkey

When I try to "Rip to Hard Disk..." I get the message "DVDFab Passkey is not active for drive E:!", so I cannot access the DVD.

Could you help me?
