With the movies, 2012 and district 9, I have a voice describing the action ?! How do I get rid of that ?

You have selected the wrong audio track. Rip again and try the preview to see that you have the right one.
You have also selected the French forum yet posted in English. However, you did not specify whether you were using DVD, Blu-Ray, and/or Mobile options so I'm unable to move your post to the correct forum.
