"you have reached the tab limit"

Hello,
since yesterday I have been getting the following message in the MusicFab main window in the Spotify application:

"You have reached the tab limit.
There are too many tabs open. Close this tab and continue listening to music."

It cannot be avoided. When I close this tab the message appears again, only one tab is open. Do any of you have an idea how I can stop this?
