MusicFab seems incapable of downloading Spotify audiobooks with more than 50 parts. I raised a support ticket a week ago, and then when there was no progress, and knowing that my refund period would expire, I requested a refund via the support portal. They summarily closed the refund request and are now on a week-long national holiday.
I don't know what recourse I have but to dispute the charge with my payment service. Does anyone have suggestions? They've made no progress with the issue and by the time they come back to work, my period for a refund will be over.
