    Qobuz Download Crashes Program

    I am attempting to download from Qobuz but MusicFab crashes every time during the analysing phase. Does anyone know of a solution? I bought a subscription to Qobuz just to use MusicFab. Guess not...

    Hi,
    When I bought Qobuz MusicFab in September it worked for about 2 weeks but hasn't worked since! Support just tells me it is a known problem and that they are working on it (7 weeks and counting). Have you got yours to work at all?

      NOPE! Very frustrating as I have purchased several of their programs over the years and have spent considerable amount of money, They have closed all my tickets with the same old song, either it's a known issue and they are working on it or uninstall and reinstall. Sad. I really wish there was a competing product that did the same things.

        Exactly the same here. I think we both, and anyone else with Qobuz MusicFab, should keep on badgering them, reopening tickets and complaining. If we keep on at them, although it is annoying for us it may annoy them enough to do something about this.

            LEGB, have you heard the latest? There is a new version out. Unfortunately when I tried to install there was an error saying it was incompatible with my operating system, Windows 7. Have you tried it yet? Which version of Windows are you using?

              stevebyhurst​, I am running Windows 11 and yes, I tried it the day it came out. No issues installing it on 11, looking at the changelog from 1.0.4.5 it states this...

              MusicFab 1.0.4.5 Changelog
              New: Added support for removing the support for Windows 7/8/8.1.

                Well I am glad your issue is sorted out but not so good for me. I only had a working program for two weeks which was then advertised as working with Windows 7. Now Qobuz are saying the only thing I can do is upgrade my system but I don't wish to. I have asked for a refund but they are resisting. I feel badly treated by them.

                  That is terrible and I feel for you... All is not great for me, when I download any album or multiple albums everything goes into a folder labeled "other". There is no metadata associated with any of the songs. Complete fresh from local install of the new 1.0.4.6 release. So it is still not fixed for Qobuz.

                  Have you thought about a used laptop that will run at least Windows 10 and just use that?
