    Poor support?

    The last time I was able to use MusicFab was on 10th October, so over a month ago now. I supplied all the details support said it needed and they said it was a known issue that they were working on and that I needed to be patient. However, nearly five weeks down the line I have a paid for program that doesn't work. I think this is a long time to wait to get a paid program working again. Has anyone had to deal with long waiting times for support? Is the support here particularly bad? Has anyone been succesfful in getting a refund? I am just trying to gauge if I am being unreasonable in expecting the issue to be sorted out by now. Thanks in advance to anyone that replies.

    Update: Just checked again and they have now closed my ticket without resolving the issue! Any advice?
