Same problem (almost). For me, for the past 3-4 days any attempt to continue downloading music in the queue gets stuck in the analysis phase. After 10 minutes the analysis is still working and my only option is to pause the attempt and then close down MusicFab. I am using the latest version (1.0.4.8).
After my previous response, I did some other tests (note, prior to each of the tests I made sure Amazon Music was started and I was logged in):
1a) I deleted one of the songs in my queue
1b) I added the same song back to the queue
1c) My attempt to download the song failed. The status for the song was changed to "Wait for Download", while the Downloading arrow was moving up and down to indicate that downloading was in progress. The song status did not change to Analyzing before I received a "Failure starting download, please contact us for help"
1d) All attempts to download other songs already in queue received the same error
2a) I exited out of MusicFab and relaunched MusicFab
2b) I choose songs not already in the queue and added them to the queue
2c) I tried to download the newly added songs; however, I had the same experience as mention in (1a-c) above
3a) I exited ouf of MusicFab and then relaunched MusicFab again
3b) This time I just tried to download a song in the queue
3c) The Analyzing indicator was presented and did not change away from that after 5-10 minutes, before I just used Pause All and then closed MusicFab
Hopefully, that gives some extra clues for getting it resolved.
Does not work for me either. When I am on the Amazon Music page and scan an album for download, it immediately starts playing the music which seems to stop downloads, and downloads do not start, or are stuck in Analyze and Fail.
