Anyone else having issues with Spotify not downloading all the episodes of a podcast? I downloaded all but 15 episode of the Outpost: A Star Trek Fan Production. THose 15 just won't download and give me error code 115. Frustrating and can't figure out why. No reference anywhere to error code 115 and our developer seems to not want to answer!!!!

their having problems with everything. amazon downloader works 4 podcast but doesnt work 4 music albums. im paying 4 1yr subscription and cant even use. what a rip off. should get refund. these problems keep happening soon yr will b up and hasnt worked 4 months correctly

I can't click the download button on anything in Spotify right now. It's greyed out and hovering on the button says "Please open a song, playlist or album"

UPDATE: I received a response from support that they are aware of the problem and it will be fixed in the next release. No indication on how soon that will be. Ugh.

I too, am having the exact same issue. The Support Staff said they would relay the issue to the developer. No ETA on a repair (not even next release); nor any indication that it is a "known issue". I asked if anyone else is experiencing this issue in another thread, and got no answer. I'm glad I found your post. At least I found the answer that it's not something on my end. While sad for the community that this is a "Global" issue, finding your post saved me the heartburn of continuing to troubleshoot from my end. I wish the support staff had let me know that this is a "Known Issue". It's good to find out that they are already working on the problem. I guess the only thing we can do now is have patience and wait for the issue to be resolved. In the mean time, Have a wonderful day.

Same. Support replied that they" forwarded my ticket to the technical department to improve this in future versions." - does not state anything about a fix. they did not even want a log. seems to be konwn issue.

After asking what now they prompted to be "working on a solution. Please wait for a improved version."

rich14au, only if you're a Windows user. Mac users haven't seen a product update since 12/11/2024. Amazon hasn't been working for months and now Spotify. Asked for a refund 3 months ago and they still haven't processed it, but I get numerous requests to delete and reinstall the application. Yesterday they informed me a newer version of DVDFab is available, so ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯.

I can confirm that the 1.0.4.9 version released this morning has fixed the issue.

v1049 Spotify won't analyze anything. Keeps telling me to open song, playlist or album.

The issue is inconsistent—it works. Next day: stops again.

Same for the workaround to log out in the internal browser and log back in. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn’t.

Even when it does work, it limits download 128kbps instead of 256kbps, even for premium users

Verdict: Still a mess.

... and... with 1.0.5.0 it is working again with 256kbps... cat and mouse

with 1.0.5.0, I get a blank screen with the grey download button. I refresh the page does nothing.

I uninstalled it with an uninstaller and reinstall it and it now works.
