MusicFab Amazon Downloader Not Fit For Purpose

Once again Amazon Music Downloader has been hit (and plagued) by the infamous "this browser version is no longer supported".

MusicFab's customer support is as useless and as inept as this module.

Despite raising a support ticket and clearly detailing all steps already taken: Clearing cache / renaming cache / clean uninstallation using Revo and CCleaner Professional (full purchased version) then reinstalling (this whole process being done 3X I might add), and asking them to tell the Dev .. What does support tell me to do..!

    1) clear your cache - Duh, done that already as previously stated!
    2) Undertake a clean uninstall using CCleaner - Duh, done that already as previously stated!

I am left with a non functioning useless piece of software that I paid for that no-one at MusicFab could care less about that it isn't working.

    Speaks VOLUMES.

I can confirm that support there is pure s**t. Tried several times to get support from them on StreamFab and it is equally useless.

    Will try no more.

The only thing that has worked for me is to open Chrome (or occasionally Edge) separately, and go to Help>>About Google Chrome and allow it to update itself. Then close/reopen MusicFab.
I then keep the Chrome window open in the background while using MusicFab.

Maybe its something with your computer. My MusicFab works fine, I only use Amazon music and Spotify but it works perfectly.
