Not sure what is going on now. Everything was working fine. Yesterday morning, started a download of an audiobook. Got the first 3 chapters downloaded and it stopped. Thought I was at my limit so I quit. Today, I tried and received the red error message: "Failure accessing music information, please check yur network connection or contact us for help?
So, I cleared cache. Didn't work. Used Revo Uninstall to remove program and reinstall, reboot. Nope, didn't work. Rechecked and downloads for Spotify available today are 283/300, That in itself is odd since I haven't been able to download anything today. Attached log file. If anyone can figure it out, please let me know.
